ITINERARY
Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau Valley (L, D)
7:00-7:30: Pickup at your hotel in Hanoi center (Old Quarter) and depart for Mai Chau valley. Short break on the way for stretching your leg and photograph beautiful scenery of the valley and countryside of mountain.
Stopover at the top of Thung Khe Pass to admire the panorama of Mai Chau Valley, especially you also see the temporary local market where selling products of the Muong ethnic people at the top of the pass.
12:00. Arrive in Mai Chau, relax and check into your room (home-stay or bungalow).
Have lunch with local cuisine in home of local ethnic minority.
Afternoon: Bicycle ride with tour guide visit surrounding peaceful villages of Mai Chau valley, see farmers working in the fields, locals weaving, scarves..
Free time for cycling, walking, shopping to explore deeper by yourself at Lac village.
Dinner and Overnight in Mai Chau.
Day 2: Amazing day with motorbike to Pu Luong Nature Reserve (B, L)
7:00-7:30. Wake up and have breakfast at your homestay.
8:30. Start riding motorbike (or on backseat) for 35km to Pu Luong Nature Reserve (motorbike drivers available if you cannot ride motorbike). Then go trekking in Pu Luong Nature Reserve to explore a stunning scenery of the mountains and rice terraces..
Enjoy lunch in the village and riding back to Mai Chau on another road through the beautiful rural villages.
15:00. Arrive in Mai Chau. And get on bus for transferring back to Hanoi.
End the tour around 19.30 in Hanoi.
