ITINERARY
Day 1: Hanoi - On board Elite of the Sea – Sunset party – BBQ Dinner.
09:00 – 09:15 approx.
– Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter
– Start 2,5-hour road trip via the express way on high-end limousine or MPV Kia Sedona.
12:00 – 12:30 approx. On board Elite of the Sea Cruise.
– Arrive Tuan Chau marina, transferred by speedboat to the Elite of the Sea. Welcome aboard to our cruise. Freshen up and enjoy our welcome drink. Meet the captain and crew members. Learn safety instruction.
– Set sail as lunch is served
12:30 – 17:00 Exploring
– Join us for a typical lunch in the luxury dining room with indoor or outdoor dining area. You can observe our chef present your food directly from your table.
– Check-in your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind
– Enjoy the breath-taking view of some islets such as: Con Vit islet, Thumb islet while we move to Ao Ech area.
– Drop anchor for Kayaking to discover limestone islands, soaking yourself in the emerald water or just simply sunbathe on our Celestial Pool area or in your private balcony.
– Heading toward the sleeping area.
Early evening
– Watch the sun goes down and enjoy Sunset party with complimentary cocktails demonstration. It’s perfect time to make new friends, sharing your travel story or just relax in the seasonal swimming pool, enjoy your time in our golf course, do the exercise at fitness area. Dwell on the beauty of life. Watch the stars, and see yourself running with them.
18:00 Cooking Class
– Cooking demonstration will be organized at the restaurant area. Let’s try to make one of the best dish of Vietnam – the fried/fresh spring roll, with the detailed instruction from our staff and guidance from our chef.
19:00
– BBQ dinner is served with fresh food menu in our Cirrus Cloud restaurant
– After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar with seasonal pool view, at wine and cigars cellar, or take one of our onboard activities: board games, movies, and squid fishing… or relaxing with massage services.
Overnight on board
Day 2: Sang Toi (Dark & Bright) Cave – Buffet Lunch – Hanoi
06:30 Wake up
Join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck for early riser. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body, joining Tai Chi session to full charge your energy for the new day.
07:00 – 08:00. Local breakfast is served
- Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi)
- Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on local bamboo boat rowed by the locals.
09:30 Check out the room.
10:00. You will join with short class of cooking demonstration, the chef will guide you how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Here you will understand the culinary culture of the Vietnamese
10:30. International Buffet lunch is served.
12:00. Return to the shore and disembark from the Stellar of the Seas Halong Bay as the crew say farewell.
- Transfer to luxurious limousine and return to Hanoi.
- Arrival back at your hotel approximately 15:00.

Day 2. Viet Hai Village in Cat Ba Island (B, L, D)
5.45 – 6.15 approx: Enjoy the sunrise & join a golf class
6.15 – 6.35 approx: Taichi exercise
6.45 – 7.30 approx: Enjoy breakfast
7.30 – 9.45: Free time to relax on the cruise.
9.45 approx: Enjoy brunch
12.30 – 16.30 approx: Visit the Viet Hai floating village by electric car or bicycle. Then experience bathing and relaxing at the natural beach of the Ba Trai Dao area in Lan Ha Bay.
16.30 – 18.00 approx: Return to the boat- and relax on the cruise.
18.00 – 19.00 approx: Cooking demonstration. Join the Happy Hour program
19.00: Enjoy dinner
20.30: Join the fishing session at the aft of our cruise or relax at our swimming pool, mini-golf course, spa, etc.
